Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within two days of receipt of payment. Shipping is via UPS, with tracking number supplied and no signature required on delivery. Alternatively, packages may also be sent via UPS Extra, with a signature required on delivery. Please contact us if you wish to choose this method of delivery, as it does involve additional costs. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link so that you can follow the progress of your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as any port costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the weight of the package. Therefore, we recommend that you group all your items into one order. We are unable to group together two orders that have been placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each individual order. Your package is transported at your own risk but extra care is taken with fragile objects.

The size of the box is appropriate to your items to ensure they are adequately protected.
